We are searching for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood and other materials. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, utilizing your expertise in carpentry techniques and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints and specifications to determine materials needed and dimensions of structure
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalk lines, or marking gauges
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws
- Install structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware using carpenters' hand or power tools
- Follow safety procedures when operating equipment and handling materials
- Repair or replace damaged structures or fixtures
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations on design options
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (at least 2 years)
- Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
- Strong understanding of different wood types and their characteristics
- Attention to detail with good time management skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German or French is a plus)
- Own transportation is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview.
