We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Acre, offering a competitive salary of 1000$. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and servers.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain network hardware, software, and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support.
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation.
- Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and other network-related services.
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions to improve network efficiency.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex network issues.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, firewalls.
- Familiarity with infrastructure management tools such as Cisco Prime Infrastructure or Solarwinds.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA or MCSA are a plus.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
