Equipment Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Sheduva. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duties will include safely and efficiently operating the equipment to complete tasks such as digging trenches, moving materials, and grading land.

Main Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work activities
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance performed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in heavy equipment operation from a recognized institution
- Experience working on construction sites or in other outdoor environments
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
