Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Eldoret - Indians Preferred


We are a leading manufacturing company in Eldoret, seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure efficient production. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who do not speak English and have no prior experience in this field. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Operate and monitor machines during production process
- Inspect products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues in a timely manner
- Maintain machines by cleaning, lubricating and performing basic maintenance tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with no English proficiency required
- No prior experience as a Machine Operator necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects in products
- Basic understanding of machine operations and mechanics
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with accommodation.
