Our growing team is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join us in Braga, Portugal. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models that will be used to enhance our product offerings. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to analyze large datasets and create predictive models that will drive business decisions. This role requires strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for problem-solving, an eagerness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques
- Build predictive models that can provide insights for decision-making
- Test and evaluate models for accuracy and performance
- Optimize existing machine learning algorithms for better efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with SQL databases and big data tools like Hadoop or Spark
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Knowledge of statistics and probability theory
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for problem-solving and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
