We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. Your main duties will include supervising team members, delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and previous experience in a similar position. You must also be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours that can accommodate your schedule. We offer competitive compensation of 1500$ per month for this role. Candidates with their own visa or who are eligible to work in Portugal are preferred. However, we may consider sponsoring a visa for exceptional candidates.
