Sales Manager
We are hiring a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets. Your main duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. Previous experience in the same industry is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support when needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and strategies accordingly
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Indian nationality (preferred)
