We are in need of hardworking and reliable Factory Line Workers to join our team in Pula. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining production efficiency. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Assemble and package products according to production guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Monitor and report any issues or malfunctions with machinery
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Meet daily production targets set by management

Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport or valid work permit for foreigners
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- No previous experience required, but willingness to learn is a must
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
