Facade Technician
A well-established construction company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior building facades, including glass, metal, and stone materials. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations, as well as experience with various tools and equipment used in facade installation. This position requires physical strength and the ability to work at heights. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who are not local to Herzliya. Freshers are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
Responsibilities:
- Install exterior building facades according to design plans and specifications
- Use various tools and equipment such as scaffolding, cranes, hand tools, etc.
- Inspect existing facades for any damage or wear and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Follow all building codes and safety regulations while working on facades
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding progress updates and any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred)
- Previous experience in facade installation or construction is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills in English (basic knowledge is sufficient)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
