Concierge and Guest Services Specialist

As a Concierge and Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury hotel in El-Ain. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, making reservations for local restaurants and attractions, and coordinating transportation services. You will also be responsible for responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. Accommodations and a visa will be provided for foreign candidates.
