Guest Services Coordinator - Concierge


Our luxury hotel in El-Ain is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator - Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing personalized service and anticipating their needs. You will assist with reservations, transportation arrangements, and recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and amenities
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or attractions
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns
- Keep updated on local events, activities, and attractions to make recommendations to guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experience

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in Arabic, knowledge of English is a plus
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field
- Previous experience in customer service or concierge role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within our international hotel chain. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for foreign candidates. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.
