As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. Your responsibilities as a Plasterer will include preparing surfaces for plastering by cleaning and sanding them as needed, mixing plaster according to specific ratios, applying the plaster evenly using various techniques such as troweling or spraying, and smoothing out any imperfections before allowing the plaster to dry. You will also be expected to clean up after each job and maintain your tools and equipment.

To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills as you may need to communicate with clients regarding their desired outcomes or provide advice on potential solutions. You must also be physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
