As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting them with any needs or requests they may have during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel and local area
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities as requested
- Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions, and special promotions in the local area to provide recommendations to guests
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Assist with luggage handling and storage when necessary

Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required (freshers welcome!)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
