Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and technical aspects of architectural projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and clients to develop design concepts for projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure adherence to design plans
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Work closely with contractors during construction phase to provide technical support and resolve any issues that may arise
- Continuously update knowledge of new materials, technologies, and construction methods in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
