Architectural Technologist

We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring that they comply with building codes and regulations. You will also collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to create innovative and practical designs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to create innovative designs
- Prepare drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project planning and development
- Research new materials and construction techniques to incorporate into designs
- Attend meetings with clients to present project proposals and provide updates on progress
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within set parameters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
