As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with their computer systems, hardware, and software. We are looking for candidates who have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Train end-users on new technology and software applications
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
