IT Support Specialist


Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and employees. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues
- Set up new user accounts and provide training on company systems
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software supplies
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting tools
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month
