A reputable construction company in Malindi is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes on construction sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for working in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, such as tower, mobile, and overhead cranes
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating the crane
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure smooth operation and movement of materials
- Maintain the crane by performing routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator license/certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes on construction sites
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Malindi, a beautiful coastal town in Kenya known for its stunning beaches, rich culture, and warm hospitality. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate if not already residing in Malindi.
