Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Gujrat, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month, with accommodation provided.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to our quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in the construction industry as well as strong project management skills. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required. The ability to read and interpret blueprints is also necessary.

We are open to candidates without prior experience as long as they possess the necessary skills and qualifications. However, candidates with experience leading construction projects will be given priority.
