Facade Architect - Kaunas, Egypt


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Egypt. As a Facade Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building facades. You will work closely with engineers and other architects to ensure that the facade meets aesthetic, structural, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design building facades that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and safe
- Select appropriate materials for facade construction based on budget and project requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models of facades
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of the facade design
- Oversee construction process to ensure that the facade is built according to design specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Experience in facade design is required for this role.
