Senior Computer Research Scientist

As a Senior Computer Research Scientist in our dynamic and innovative team, you will have the opportunity to lead cutting-edge research projects that push the boundaries of computer science. Responsibilities:
- Lead research projects from conception to completion
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to develop new algorithms, models, and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on interdisciplinary projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer science through continuous learning and attending conferences
- Publish findings in academic journals and present at conferences
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research or industry setting
- Strong background in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, or natural language processing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex ideas effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal.

Working Conditions:
