We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our international company in Porto. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team, and developing relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to increase sales opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
- Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behavior
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
