Job Title: Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team in Bayan. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The main responsibilities of this role include managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments. The chosen candidate must have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings and events, as well as preparing documents and reports. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and managing petty cash.
We are looking for a candidate who is proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role. Familiarity with biometric passport processes is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is necessary for this position.
