IT Manager (Egyptian/Filipino) - Part Time (Herzliya, Israel)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its efficient operation. This role is open to candidates of Egyptian or Filipino nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability
- Manage IT budgets and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Stay updated with new technology trends and make recommendations for their implementation in the company's systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience in managing complex technology infrastructures and systems
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network systems, and security protocols
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
