IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure. This includes implementing and maintaining systems, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with company goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing appropriate measures
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures
- Manage IT budget and make cost-effective decisions for equipment purchases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data management
- Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
