Are you passionate about baking and creating delicious treats? Our bakery in Akron, USA is looking for a skilled Baker to join our team! As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other goods
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Ensure quality control by monitoring baking times and temperatures
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
- Train and supervise assistant bakers as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience working in a commercial bakery setting
- Are familiar with American style baking
- Have prior experience working with special dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan)

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Applicants must have their own valid visa for working in the USA.
