Technical Support Specialist


We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Washington, D.C. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and maintaining computer networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Washington D.C., USA

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or remote access tools
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to computer systems
- Install and configure new hardware and software systems
- Maintain computer networks by performing regular updates and backups
- Train clients on how to use new systems or software
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
- Document all technical support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with computer networks and remote access tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred
