Plastering Technician


We are currently hiring for the position of Plastering Technician in our company, located in Akron. This position is open to individuals of all nationalities, however, preference will be given to Egyptian and Canadian applicants. This role does not require English proficiency or prior experience in plastering.

As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to plastering, such as preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster, and smoothing and finishing surfaces. You will also be expected to repair any damaged areas and ensure that the final result is of high quality.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong attention to detail and be physically fit as the job may involve standing for extended periods of time and lifting heavy materials. Additionally, candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping off old paint or wallpaper
- Mix and apply plaster onto walls or ceilings
- Smooth out surfaces using various tools such as trowels and sandpaper
- Repair any damaged areas on walls or ceilings
- Ensure that the final result is smooth and free of imperfections
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times while working on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Manual dexterity for working with various tools
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
