Industrial Architect

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Shan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This may include factories, warehouses, power plants, and other industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for the project
- Create detailed design plans and blueprints for industrial buildings and structures
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial construction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary: 1700$

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own visa. We welcome Nepali or Kenyan professionals to apply for this position. English proficiency is not required but would be an advantage.
