Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning large-scale industrial projects, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your main objective will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of the company's clients. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on schedule.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting site surveys to gather information about the space and its limitations, creating detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and presenting your proposals to clients. You will also be responsible for selecting building materials and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will oversee the construction process to ensure that it aligns with your design plans and meets all safety standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of industrial building codes, zoning regulations, and safety protocols. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Furthermore, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architect in the industrial sector
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of industrial building codes, zoning regulations, and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Shan (Preference for Pakistani candidates)
