We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Shan, China. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will also work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Review project designs and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
