Construction Project Manager

We are a leading construction company in Shan, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the construction project from start to finish.
- Develop project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage project changes, including scope changes, schedule changes, and budget changes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam (preferred).
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
