Online Consultant (English Speaking) - Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our English-speaking clients. This is a contract position without accommodation, but we do offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via live chat, email, and phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide product recommendations and information to clients
- Handle complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Salary:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Balzers, Liechtenstein. We welcome applicants from Egypt, the Philippines, or any other country as long as you have the right qualifications.
