Front-End Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Funchal. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function. You will work closely with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, excellent coding skills, and the ability to translate design wireframes into responsive and user-friendly web pages. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation, along with a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and functional user interfaces
- Write well-designed, efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues as needed
- Stay updated on emerging front-end trends and technologies
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end features with server-side logic

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages/frameworks such as React or AngularJS
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate wireframes into functional web pages
- Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
