Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine restaurant located in Bayan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop menu offerings and pricing strategies to increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to management
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred
