Masonry Technician

We are hiring a skilled Masonry Technician to join our team in Nizwa, Canada. As a Masonry Technician, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures using various materials such as brick, stone, and concrete. You will also be required to read blueprints and follow building codes to ensure high-quality work.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in masonry work and be able to work with minimal supervision. You must also have excellent physical stamina and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of different masonry techniques and tools is essential.

As our ideal candidate, you should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately measure and cut materials. You must also have good communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Constructing and repairing structures using brick, stone, concrete or other materials
- Reading blueprints and following building codes
- Cutting materials to the required size using tools such as saws or chisels
- Mixing mortar or other adhesives according to specifications
- Laying bricks or stones in an aesthetically pleasing pattern
- Cleaning up job sites after completing projects
- Communicating with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in masonry work
