Locksmith Technician


A locksmith technician is responsible for providing lock and key services to clients in the Akron area. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of locks and security systems
- Cut new or duplicate keys for clients
- Respond to emergency lockouts and provide timely solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with locks or security systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of services rendered and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a locksmith or in a related field
- Knowledge of different types of locks, keys, and security systems
- Strong technical skills with the ability to use specialized tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Must be physically fit to handle heavy tools and stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
