Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Lahore. You will oversee a team of sales executives and work closely with the marketing department to promote our hotel to potential clients. Your main goal will be to drive sales and maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential clients
- Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with industry trends to stay ahead of competition
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management
- Work with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and pricing strategies with clients
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques and CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful teams
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Lahore (Pakistani nationality preferred)
