Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's sales activities, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to increase our hotel's occupancy rates and revenue by promoting and selling our services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our hotel
- Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare sales reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving sales goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
Salary: $1200 per month
