Hotel Sales Manager
Position Summary:
Our 5-star hotel in Lahore is seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales activities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel sales and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to secure new business.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance.
- Handle negotiations with clients regarding pricing, contracts, and other terms.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
