Crane Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Nizwa. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, such as tower, mobile, and overhead cranes, to lift and move materials according to project needs
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe operation
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the crane
- Communicate with ground personnel to ensure proper placement of materials
- Read and interpret load charts to determine appropriate crane set-up and lifting techniques
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including materials moved and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction environment
- Valid biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Experience working with different types of cranes preferred
- Ability to read load charts, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to crane operation
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
