Moderator (Malayalee) - Balzers, Liechtenstein


As a Moderator for our online community, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging environment for our Malayalee users. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, plus free visa and ticket to Balzers, Liechtenstein.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and posts in the online community to ensure they adhere to community guidelines
- Engage with users and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support as needed
- Encourage user participation and facilitate discussions
- Identify and report any inappropriate or spam content
- Collaborate with team members to develop new initiatives and improve the community experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Malayalam language (native speaker preferred)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflicts diplomatically
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
