Office Assistant in Almada, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering when necessary
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Coordinating with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Supporting other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1700 per month.
