Registered Nurse (Contract) in Almada, Portugal


We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a contract basis in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to patients and assisting the medical team in all aspects of patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all interventions and outcomes
- Educating patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and medications
- Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to healthcare services
- Participating in continuing education opportunities to stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Portugal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology
- Experience working with electronic medical records systems is preferred
- A strong sense of empathy and compassion for patients
