Solar Installer

As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties in Karachi. You will work in a team to set up the necessary wiring, mounting, and connections for the solar system. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical systems and be physically fit to work at heights. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment according to design plans
- Set up wiring and connections for the solar system
- Ensure all components are properly mounted and secured
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Ability to read design plans and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Urdu is an asset)
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Education:
No formal education is required, but candidates with technical or vocational training in electrical or renewable energy fields will be preferred.

Experience:
No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. However, occasional weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines. The job involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights. Protective gear will be provided.
