Florist - Floral Arranger in Eldoret, Kenya



We are a well-established floral shop in Eldoret, Kenya seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will use your eye for design and knowledge of various flowers to create beautiful arrangements for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements based on their preferences and budget
- Carefully handle and arrange flowers to ensure they stay fresh and vibrant
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, vases, and other supplies needed for arrangements
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for unique floral designs
- Manage orders by keeping track of delivery dates, locations, and special requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues with orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and how to care for them
- Ability to create visually appealing designs using color schemes and different textures
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
