We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Roofer to join our team in Shan. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various types of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas of the roof
- Install shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials according to manufacturer's instructions
- Repair damaged areas of roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other materials
- Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed
- Follow safety protocols and use proper equipment while working at heights
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Roofer in a construction or roofing company
- In-depth knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to work at heights
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Shan, China. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in China.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
