A reputable construction company in Vianden is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Biometric passport for international travel
