Sales Manager - Part Time (Muharraq, Bahrain)


We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competition
- Create sales plans and targets for individual team members
- Train and motivate sales team to achieve their goals
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail or service industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competition in the region
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must have own visa for employment in Bahrain

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is negotiable based on experience. The average salary for a Sales Manager in Bahrain is 1300$ per month.
