Construction Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Moscow. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and we welcome candidates from India who are willing to relocate to Moscow for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design issues or conflicts
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction management principles, methods, and practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
